(aka the bits of formal-ish things we are required to have in writing somewhere)

Refund Policy

We want you to have a good experience and be satisfied with all purchases, period. Whether it be coaching calls, coaching series, group coaching programs, stand alone courses or any other physical product, if you are not happy, the first thing you should do is tell me about it (me being Pam). Refunds happen under the following guidelines and conditions:

  1. Eligibility:
    • Refund requests must be made in a timely manor. As in, if you are upset after a call or after receiving a product, we will need to know about the issue within 7 days.
  2. Process:
    • All concerns and/or requests for refunds should be sent directly to Pam via email at hey@pamtronsoncoaching.com. Please include your reason for the refund request and a way that we can contact you.
    • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  3. Exceptions:
    • 1:1 Coaching calls will not be refunded after they have been completed. Calls that have been paid for but not completed can be submitted for review and reimbursement.
    • Any portion of a group coaching program that has been completed will similarly not be eligible for refund.

Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your order promptly and efficiently for any physical item.

  1. Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  2. Shipping Charges:
    • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $50, otherwise a flat rate of $10.
    • Express Shipping: A flat rate of $20.
  3. Processing Time:
    • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed beginning on the next business day.
  4. International Shipping:
    • International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping times and charges vary by destination.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Life happens and we understand that sometimes coaching calls need to be canceled and/or rescheduled.

  1. Eligibility:
    • Paid for coaching calls can be rescheduled any time in advance of 24 hours prior to the call. 
  2. Process:
    • Please contact us at hey@pamtronsoncoaching.com or reschedule the call on your own using the link on the email reminders.
