(Even When It’s Complicated)
The holidays have a way of stirring everything up — old patterns, old pain, and sometimes, the same old arguments. Maybe you’re walking on eggshells around your daughter, wondering what to say (or not say). Maybe you’re trying to keep the peace while juggling in-laws, opinions, and expectations that never seem to match your own.
You’re not alone. And you’re not doing it wrong.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything is fully recorded, self-paced, and waiting for you the moment you enroll. There are no live sessions (unless you have purchased admission to the live coaching call on December 20th) and nothing you have to show up for. You’ll get short, easy-to-watch videos in each of the five modules, along with beautiful, simple workbooks that help you take what you’re learning and actually apply it to your real life.
You can log in anytime, move through the material at your own pace, and revisit it as often as you need. It’s private, flexible, and designed to fit into even the busiest season.
You’ll learn ways to stay grounded during the holidays, how to respond instead of react, and how to navigate difficult family moments with more confidence and less fear. You’ll get tools for handling estrangement, tense conversations, mixed-family dynamics, expectations, in-laws, emotional triggers, and the pressure to “keep the peace.”
In short: you’ll walk away with a plan for how you want to show up — even when the season gets messy.
Yes. You’ll get scripts, phrases, and language to use in real life… and also tools to help you find your own words so you’re not dependent on a script. It’s a blend of practical and emotional support.
No. This course is grounding, not gut-wrenching. We don’t dig up old wounds for the sake of digging. We focus on helping you feel steadier, clearer, and more in control so the holidays feel lighter, not heavier.
Yes. Every mom’s story is complicated. The course is designed to help you understand what’s in your control, what isn’t, and how to move through the season with more peace no matter what your daughter is or isn’t doing.
Not at all. This is self-paced and completely private. You don’t have to talk, comment, or reveal anything to anyone. It’s your own personal space to learn, reflect, and breathe.
No. That’s not how I coach. This work is about understanding yourself with compassion, not piling on shame. You’ll learn to see your patterns with clarity, not criticism.
Then you’re in the right place. The course includes support for navigating extended family dynamics, unclear expectations, awkward gatherings, and communication challenges with partners, in-laws, and others. Holidays almost never involve “just one person,” and the course reflects that reality.
Yes. This course is designed for real-time relief — how to calm your nervous system, shift your expectations, and walk into holiday moments with more steadiness and less fear. Not someday. Now.
Yes. Estrangement brings its own kind of holiday pain, and the course offers compassion, guidance, and tools specifically for navigating the season even when there’s distance, silence, or uncertainty. You’ll learn how to care for yourself, reduce suffering, and create a holiday that supports you.

If your relationship with your adult daughter or son feels more distant than you imagined, you’re not alone.
So many moms reach this stage of life wondering why something that used to feel natural now feels heavy, complicated, or uncertain.
I know that ache personally. My own relationship with my two daughters has had it’s share of painful seasons too, and I’ve walked through the same questions you may be asking yourself right now. And that’s why I created this program – to share with you a path forward.
I had to figure out how to find my footing again, how to discover the power I needed to shift the dynamic, and how to begin building the kind of connection I longed for. And it’s helped me become a better person.
What I know for sure is that you don’t have to stay stuck in the ache. A more peaceful, authentic relationship with your adult daughter is possible and I would be honored to walk that path with you.
The life you desire lives on the other side of the journey that stands before you.
